Whenever a character is K.O’d with a light punch or light kick move they fall to their knees like that.
Avoid a player named kaxbasterd or whatever on PC.
He picks sagat, sets his fps to variable and lags the game so he gets 5 seconds of reaction time.
Just neg rep him and move on, what a loser lol.
But he’s well into crumbling and there’s no KO sign.
The K.O sign always shows up first…when it shows up the scenery stops, and then it proceds in slow motion, the shot was taken after the K.O sign.
Had another Ken player ragequit on me while I was in my ultra animation…oh well.

To whomever was kicking my ass with Guile in the finals of a G2 tourney online last night, sorry. Sony’s 3.10 firmware update came online with a mandatory install and it disconnected me from PSN as soon as it went live. You deserved the GP and I didn’t ragequit on you.

I had just hit him with an ultra after I blocked his ultra, then swept him out of electricity… G-2 Finals.
We may well have. I run Sagat (purple/white) or Gouken (color 6). Don’t exactly remember what the result was. Did run into some NICE Goukens on PC, though.

Once I encountered someone, didn’t bother to remember his PSN name because I find most online a waste of time (it’s the attitudes that piss me off)… But anyway, I get into a lobby with someone named mexicansomethingsomething, he had a 2-bar orange connection, with a 7% disconnection rate. I would’ve played him if it wasn’t for the 2-bar orange. So I leave. Not even a minute later, I get a message from him saying “run ***.” I just went 
and moved on.
Some ass clown just ragequit on me, I was about ready to land the finishing move and he ragequits, and he beat me like 15 minutes earlier and I dont ragequit, I take my loss like a man but not this little bitch.
His name was Nubian Messiah btw, looked like a Halo 3 fanboy too judging by his avatar and gamerpic. It appears he also lives in a dumpster in Trenton, New Jersey.
Just had another one, beat him with my Cammy on and off for a while, got bored and went to Bison and dominated his Elf. Timing is iffy but I am gonna say ragequit on this one, he was just slow on the rage button.
