so I’m branded even though I rarely quit?? psh, sounds like a whinning session here. so what if people quit? if they do, it counts as a loss for THEM! it in no way impacts the other player. so you know what, cry all you want about the couple or so times i’ve quit. I just think its funny how you guys then proceed to bash someone with really no merit behind it. i’ve had too many people to count that have quit on me, and I can care less. its their RIGHT to quit if they want. sure, its a little inconvenient to start another match, but I’m not going to think of them as scum or give them “no respect” get a life man.
Oh you misunderstand, people quitting on me makes my day. I must be doing something right.
However, it says a lot about a player if they quit. Sorry to say it but it makes you somewhat of a bitch :).
well I disagree in my case. I rarely quit. and i’ve said it before, I don’t like losing, and I don’t take it well. but I’m always willing to learn and get better, so hence why I “rarely” quit.
Quitting is quitting dude. It doesn’t matter how many times or how few times you’ve done it.
and thats fine, yes I quit. but being called a bitch or “not getting respect” because I quit is bullshit. I don’t do that with people who chronically quit on me. its called growing up
watch out fellas, the bossyn0obk1ller is mad as hell and he ain’t gonna take it anymore
ps you a bitch
Goukisan- wow.
What sucks is when your connection dies and your opponent won’t stop giving you crap for rage quitting.
There’s no quit quota. You quit even once…you’re on the list. Thanks, I’ll make sure to avoid you.
Vegamaru
This guy had the audacity to play me again right after ragequitting.!!
Lol@Thebloodyhighclaw
Every now and then = lol
Norieaga–good, save me the trouble of playing someone with low caliber skills.
1hitparry—true, I’ve played someone who seemed like he quit out, then I’ll play him again and ask him why he quit, and obviously he’ll say he wasn’t trying to quit, which is no big deal really. but you people…seriously, its a game. the quitter is the one who suffers for doing so. so really, I don’t see why people get upset at the “rage quitters”…but I guess the quitters win too, obviously, because it seems guys like norieaga get all hurt about it and will actively try and avoid them.
Coming here asking for help with a basic mechanic of the game and then talking down someone else’s skill level is not the smartest thing to do.
shari—rest assured, I’m no noob. I was simply asking about any other types of advice I hadn’t heard about in the vega forum. so far, it was nothing I hadn’t heard of before. simple question yes, but I pretty much knew the answers already. I’ve been playing this game since…it first showed up in the arcades back in the 90’s, so i’m not some newcomer like many a folk on here who played later streetfighters and then heard of this one later on. but I do thank you for the advice. I just get upset that I’m being judged because I quit on some crybaby once a long time ago. and now people who have never played me think I’m some “rage quitter” with no skills. anyone who wants to try and take a crack at me can. I won’t quit on anyone.
Sure, insult my skills - its all the same to me. Its YOU who looks like the novice when you admit that you quit “here and there”. I at least have the testicular fortitude to take my whoopings like a real man.
I hate rage quitters as much as anyone, but I played a few ranked matches with BossyNoobK1ller, I won some and he won some, never had a problem.
I want to add M4st4r F to this though, he will always quit on the last sliver of health if you are winning.
and I have taken my lumps. once or twice a while ago doesn’t make me a bad guy. but you guys judging makes you look like asses. like I said, not my loss if you don’t play me.
He does that to me to. Every time I call him on it and says it was my connection
See, that’s where you’re wrong. If you weren’t a bad guy you’d do the following: “I’ve rage quitted before and realize it was pointless. I plan not to do it again. Anyone up for a match, feel free to send me an invite.”
BINGO!
