Beta’s coming soon. Pretty sure she’ll be playable in it. Get to lab up and record footage/stream all you want. Hopefully we get a real training mode and can record the dummy and such.
I also got a feeling the same people complaining that Zangief isnt good enough now are going to be complaining about how strong he is by the time the beta hits. Zangief in a game with no strong zoners? People are gonna be pissed.

I was getting mad while playing Chun in the beta, I couldn’t really figure out combos with her fast enough because I got a match every 30-60 seconds, lol.
Well I still managed to do well because all the 15’ers don’t know shit about fundamentals lol.
You must have missed out on the very first time they tried to do the beta.
Was in the training room for an hour with Chun Li before I got booted. Didn’t even get a match. True suffering.
Before you activate V Trigger Chun Li only has like 2 non counter hit bnbs so you weren’t missing much LOL. s.MP, c.MK EX legs or c.LP, s.MP EX legs. If you don’t want to hit confirm c.MK to EX legs is safe on block any way. You need EX meter to have a real bnb with her without V Trigger. Otherwise you just throw pokes, lots of pokes.
That’s why I liked playing all the 15ers because they would keep throwing out random pokes so it was good for me to test which normals were good in what situations. b+HP seems to counter hit a bunch of pokes so the hit box must be good even if the actual size of it is small.
Hopefully we’ll get unnerfed Mika for the beta so she can make everyone cry.

Can you save footage with a free account? Like if I’m playing from like 2-4 am or something when I doubt anyone would watch, does twitch still save it so I can go “Hey guys here’s 2 hours of me playing r mika here”
I think twitch automatically saves the archive and you can just find the archive on the computer. As long as you have the archive settings on in twitch which you have set through an internet browser.
Hopefully twitch app streaming should work fine. Is the app gonna be ready in time for the beta? Sony’s streaming being locked out kept a lot of people from streaming during the first beta. I imagine next beta will be flooded with streamers if the twitch app works.
When the Beta becomes temporarily available for each us… we’ll make it a goal to crush each and every other player with R. Mika’s sexy ass. <3
In all seriousness, I bought a few notebooks… I’ll be using one of them exclusively for collecting as much information as possible. I urge everyone to do the same (while getting information on R. Mika, be sure keep track of your other favorite characters and match-ups)!

The way she points up with one hand or both hands depending on whether you delay her Nadeshiko v trigger call or not.

I haven’t been following the SRK threads as often lately, so this may be an old thing, but does anyone know if you can jump out of R.Mika’s super post flash? I ask because I saw a video sometime ago (might have been around the rashid reveal) where she did her super against nash and he jumped back on reaction (and she was really close). Without being able to test it myself, I can’t tell if he was already up backing or not, but if someone could confirm or deny it, that’d be great. I really hope you can’t jump out post flash (at point blank) since that’d make the super pretty worthless.
Not so useless considering that she can combo into it by super canceling a normal.
Oh so she can combo into it? That makes up for it. How damaging is it? And can they still jump out post flash if not combo’d into?
Dunno, not enough footage to know with any certainty. We’ve seen people try to land her CA as people are jumping towards her already in midair, but yeah those were gonna miss no matter what.
Unless there’s footage I haven’t seen. Neclord and Great_Dark_Hero are usually the ones that post all of the footage we get here in this thread.
I think I’ve only seen footage of it being used maybe 3 times ever. People are always using her EX moves instead.
Her EX Shooting Peach is her only sorta reversal since it has armor on it.
But yeah regular people at cons aren’t going to have strong concept of meter management.
