From what I saw of the footage of Mike Ross and Combofiend playing, there are two important things to note:
Her V-Reversal (Stone Cold Stunner) does gray health damage. Presumably you can’t KO with it then.
Combofiend said you could determine how quickly Nadeshiko comes out with the V-Trigger, but didn’t say how. Nothing in the Command List posted seems to suggest how either.
I really want to see when she has maximum heat from cutting her promo and her throws are powered up, that her opponent Rock oversells the stunner and it ground bounces.
Won’t happen, but a guy can dream.
The more I see that assist, the more I think about She Hulk in marvel 3. I wonder why they didn’t choose to give her the slide instead of one of her dropkick.
Her V-Skill allows her to take out a microphone and pump up the crowd. The longer it’s held, the more damage her command grabs and regular throws do.
He’s saying that she should have specific callouts for the character she’s fighting against, something like “Ryu is a wandering karate hobo and a Jabroni.”
Ah… R. Mika has three throw animations. A back throw, a forward throw or one if the opponent is crouching.
I really like the premise behind the V-Trigger. By the time R. Mika activates, she would be able to take advantage of Nadeshiko to increase the damage output on her moves and to possibly increase R. Mika’s long distance ability, making her a threat at further ranges. She could theoretically cripple the opponents long range abilities as well, thanks to Nadeshiko. At some point, we’ll be able to see how far we can go with this, because I find this pretty neat. As for the V-Skill, I can see it being very useful for getting ready to kill the opponent as quickly as possible. R. Mika also seems to have quite a few moves that would have low invincibility. Both her st. MK and her st. HK for instance. Might be frustrating for players who are trying to confirm into a combo from a low.
Forward+HP looks like a decent anti-air tool. Launches the grounded opponent for the juggle. I wonder if this move launches mid air opponents as well…
(I need to check out those twitch videos a few posts above).
