This news is going to take me a while to come to terms with.

It just seems like yesterday when I first saw an episode of Samurai Champloo and wondered who it was that produced these amazing beats.

I have a whole playlist of music dedicated to only Nujabes beats, but it looks like it’s time for me to man up and actually buy his albums.

With the exception of Outkast, Nujabes’ songs are the best music I’d ever listen to. Nujabes was on repeat for years for me. We will miss him, but not his music.

I used play so many of my SF games to his music (especially CVS2) and I still do, especially when I’m drawing my comics.

That man will greatly missed. What hurts the most is that…it wasn’t a natural passing…it was a fucking accident. He was mad young…fuck man.

I did a friggin’ speech (and a thesis paper) on this cat for my Public Speaking Final at SCAD about hip-hop being a true art form.

He will be greatly missed.
