Don’t call me Shirley. Man, that guy was awesome. I remember in one of the naked gun movies he showed up at some ladys house and was like " we would have been here sooner but your husband wasn’t dead yet" Classic.
He was awesome in Creepshow and every role he played in. He will be missed. NORDBERG!!

When I heard about his passing I was so saddened. Leslie was one of those rare actors that could do drama as well as comedy. And master both. Most people probably think “Airplane” was his best comical work, but I thought it was the “Naked Gun” series. He was hilarious!!!
I think his last movie was “Dead & Loving it”, in which he played Dracula. That was pretty good also. He seemed in good shape for a man in his 80’s.
I remember “Police Squad” when it was on TV. His role as Detective Sergeant Frank Drebin was wild. He never could park his car right & always hitting somebody or something.
Its a shame he’s dead, while his co-star O.J. Simpson is still alive in prison.
Thank you Leslie for the many great years of laughter you gave to me. Hollywood has truly lost a great talent. May you rest in peace.
