I searched through google (I just couldn’t believe he’d be 30+) and wasn’t able to find a profile mentioning his age, I did find a very old topic in SRK (posted in 2005) that’s talking about a young 19 year old Tokido who uses Urien (IIRC he used him first before switching to Chun), since that should be him, he’s around 24 now which sounds right.

In this interview with Tokido, [media=youtube]YeN_aycIMx8&feature=player_embedded[/media], he says his first Street Fighter was Street Fighter II and that he was 7 when he played it. Street Fighter II came out in 1991. The oldest he could possibly be is 26, being born in 1984.
