He’s a british born black man. Is it that hard to understand? I thought it was obvious. Guess not.

I thought it was obvious too until someone mentioned the possibility of him being Indian.

Britain does have a large Indian population, and Dudley does seem to have the look about him.

Either way, who cares?

He may be the coolest fighter in SF3, but I find him to be a low-tier piece of shit.

What good is being cool if he loses all the time?

yeah hes black with a negro perm (no offense i just dont noe what it is called) that gave him straight hair in my opinion… in the end he is a high roller with a butler that comes down in a helicopter to give his pimp as a spot of tea…
