Tier lists are kind of dumb, it has to do so much with your playstyle you cant even go off of it. some people struggle against certain archetypes, playstyles, players, etc. some excel. if someone beats you its probably because they are better at the game than you not because of the character they picked.
Depends, if you can counterpick and wipe the floor with them then the opponent is probably not better.
