Well i recently bought a stick from you guys, and it showed up today, but i wasn’t home when it came to my door, so i am going to the post office to get it tomorrow. It came a lot faster than i thought it would, so the delivery is quick. Tomorrow i will use it to make sure there are no problems with the stick due to it being shipped and if not, then i will be glad that i made my purchase through you guys.
The stick works perfectly. There was nothing wrong with it at all, and it feels great to use. I will probably buy another in the future from this site

Hi my q3 arrived today but im not really happy with the paintwork. It looked ok under low light so I went ahead and swapped out the 2 end buttons for the button plugs. When I went to play on it in better light I noticed some sloppy paintwork on the top and around the sides. Worst of this was a spot missing paint on the top.
Whats the return process? I presume that me opening the stick from the bottom and putting in the supplied button plugs didnt break my warrenty?
