Someone should make an emulator of TvC for PC…or just release it on PS3, watching those matches made me understand/appreciate it a lot more.
There are Wii emulators for PC but I’ve never been able to get them to run smoothly.
Or you could just come to my dorm and play the real thing. I’m busy today, but not tomorrow

Hey what’s up guise? I’m from the Fort Wayne area and come down to party with my friends in the West Lafayette area. I just wanted to see what kind of games you guys are into? I’m always looking to have some fun outside of the northeast corner. I love playin the third strike, alpha series, Garou, turbo, some hdr, and that’s about it. I’m just checkin to see what this Purdue forum is all about. I’m pretty sure i’m coming down next weekend. I would like to have some fun and fighting games are where the funs at.
Most of us are into SF4 for the most part, but there’s a few 3s and BB players around. I play sf4, a little st, and my current game of choice is TvC. I’m trying to convert the rest of these plebians to TvC but I guess I’m the only FG player with a wii.
Third strike was a lot bigger before SF4 came out, I still play it from time to time
I would have no problem bringing my ps2 down if anyone wanted to play. I don’t play SF4 just because I don’t have a stick to play it on. My friend is gonna hook me up with a copy for my computer, but even then I would only have a ps2 stick. I just wanted to see if anyone was interested in playing any games at all. I’m horrible at SF4, but it may be possible to pick up some strategy before I come down.
are you coming down THIS weekend as in right this instant or next one? I’ll play any of those games either way but the only one im remotely good at is 3s and thats a long shot
I’ll be down next weekend so late the 26th. I have a friends birthday party on Saturday night. Anytime on Sat. before like midnight is good for me. I’m not really good at most of those games, I just enjoy playing for fun.
As the excitement for Super starts to build I’ve really been hitting SF4 hard and grinding through the G1 and players matches. And although you can’t beat online for variety it would be great if I could reconnect with the local community for some offline gameplay. So I’d like to extend an open invitation to everyone in the forums to use my apartment for get-togethers if there is a lack for room in the future, or just for convenience. It’s a single with a nice amount of space, a big couch, thick walls, and of course many of the other amenities that you might find in a college bachelor pad (you know, like D&D sets and caffiene free soda.) I also have a stick or fightpads people can use. The only major issue is location as its a bit up Northwestern from campus, but anyone familiar with riding the 3B or the busses to Walmart shouldn’t find it too tricky to reach, especially as it warms up. So anytime, weekends or weekdays, that people or persons might like to meet up by all means. Also if there is anything going down on or off campus in the future then I hope you’ll count me in. Hey everyone. Purdue student here… up for any 2D fighter. Can’t believe it took me this long to find this post. Not a very good player right now, but that’s why I’m here. So if you need another guy to train with, let me know. I’ve got a 360 and SF4, BB, and HDR. Got a wii and TvC but no stick for the wii. Only got one stick for the 360.
Who would be up for a Super Release party? I have a possible venue in downtown Lafayette if i can see how many people would be interested. I need to get my psycho shotgun on.
