I need to see the screen shots to find out if I want to reserve it…
well i think im satisfied with my peformance at regionals, i advanced a few times in each bracket!!! Still need to get better, console version comes out in 2 weeks and i’ll be playing with some of these guys more often.
Tom: Dont give up! Stick to Hwoarang, HE IS GOOD DAMMIT!! HE IS NOT LOW! Bryan/Lee/Kazuya/Paul/Law/etc/etc/etc all wish they had as many mix-ups as he does! Just Practice dude, all the characters that are pick at the Hip are pretty diverse, not just Steve/Nina/Bryan like at regionals, since every single one of us pick different characters, we can all learn a lot of shit! Without you we would need another experienced Hwo player, if you want one more character on the side thats perfectly fine just make sure it is not someone that is used by someone else(Julia works). One more thing dude, Stop thinking your gonna lose to who you think is better then you before a match starts, play to win, but also to have fun! DONT QUIT!

You don’t know how FRUSTRATING it is playing Bob sometimes. I have mixups, but they’re slow as fuck and stuff. I have damage, but it’s hard to get unless I turtle. My shit loses to jabs, ALL JABS. Finally coming out? Dude the game just came out on the arcades like 3 months ago. Its cool, the sooner the better i guess, but when it comes out on arcade most of us i think are not gonna be playing as much as before, especially since Tom lives really close by.

People are still gonna go to the arcade to play Tekken the same way that SC2 players played conquest mode after the home version was released. In addition, arcade tournies aren’t gonna stop just because it came console. I’m still gonna go to nickels if they have a T5 tourney when i have the money.
Keep note of the replay value of the card system…people still want to customize their arcade character prolly.

Jojo: thats what i meant, The arcade version for T5 has only been out for about 3 months and now its already coming out on console. When SC2 came out on at the arcade it was released on the console almost a whole year later. I dont know if this is a good thing or a bad thing? Oh well…

Vic- Yeah, true that it wasn’t as much of a wait as SC2 was (Late July/Early August 2002 release in arcades, March 2003 it came to console in Japan, August 2003 console in USA) but more surprising than the short wait is the fact that it’s coming to USA BEFORE Japan (or at the same time, basically). That like, never happens with Namco fighters. T4 was about 5 months behind the Japanese console T4, and like, the only thing different is that the menu’s were in English instead of Japanese, which doesn’t usually take a very long time to do at all.
But i’m not gonna complain, i love me my Tekken.
