Albert: are you still playing anymore GGXX? Chipp’s basic combo’s dont do much, and he takes damage like Akuma! But he makes up for that in his speed, his versitility, and basically hit-and-run, plus its hard to keep him away or pinned down with most keepaway like against Ky(dave), Venom/Johnny(Tom), Testament(Frank), Eddie(Jojo), Bridget(Rob), Sol(everyone). Basically Chipp has no bad match ups, all i need to do is not get hit! just cause hes considered low-tiered dont mean he sucks(unfortunately the same with May, only i dont complain when i lose coughTOMcough) GO CHIPP!
