Hey Frank if Dave gets 1st or 2nd in the tourny this saturday, he will be alright, all that shit he said about him throwing in the towel for MvC2 and playing more GG :rolleyes: wont happen if he does good this saturday. AS for me i wanna win thats for sure, but well see what happens, im still betting that dave has a great shot because his MSP is reallllly good:( but he is gonna have to stop the sentinal force, after i stomp all over that team, he will complain about something, which means hes gonna pick Mags/Cable/Doom, because well… he just will. Hes gotta admit that I aint playing keep away when i dish out the sentinal force! BE AT YOUR BEST DAVE, CAUSE I WILL. :evil:

HELL YEAH Frank i remember that day when will picked Black/Sent/Capcom, and we had like 8-10 wins over a bunch of people, including when apples pick his Cable/Black/Capcom:D . The best part was you would kill cable and build tons of meter, and his black/Capcom is crap, he misses that inferno xx HOD super ALOT! that team is pure cable based team. so if cable dies first you won.

Anyway I’ll be at the HIP today until 7:00. hope to see all there.

Dave do you remember where you left off on Saiyuki so i know what to bring?

Hey Armo, since you use commando too, i was just messing with some minor combos. So you might know this or might not, but i always see you go for a rush in c.LK, c.FP, captain fire.

but how about going for this one? rush in, c.Lk, standing LP, c.FP, QCF LK. if all connected it should be a 6 hit combo, its pretty safe on block, does a decent damage, and does good chipping when blocked. (plus you can go with a c.FK if they try to rush in)

David… wasted a bunch of nickels on Jojo last night. trying to show him different characters. I gave him so much time though to learn some moves but he cant figure some of them out. But oh well, better prepare your jam Dave coz when i get set on my combos and “set ups” :evil: youlll be in real trouble! Testament’s coming for you :evil: . You better not go charging blindly just to run to a trap :evil:… like what you do with Fagneto :lol: .

Ok listen, Dave i know you really hate the way most people play MvC2, but stop with the complaints:mad: , everytime you lose a couple of matches your go crazy, throwing chairs, slaming controllers smacking the arcades, or whatever. If someone is pissing you off then pick a different team, pick jesus, or dont play cause you aint gonna win all pissed off.(I probably sound like some faggot fortunate teller but damnit relax) Take a break like you said and go learn GG. Frank, dont you have any influence on him. Calm his ass down. I dont like to lose either, but relax, you win some and lose some:D, hell look at xctu hes played us a hundred times and beat us only a few times, but he dont complain about anything,(he might in SC2). Remember the last tournament when you won 2nd dave? me, and jojo didnt get shit! we didnt complain. you starting dancing “YES, YES!” you beat us both that god forsaken day! the hell is this shit you guys are posting. why post why cant you tell me face to face i know i have problems and i already apoligized to jojo that day later at the nickel, when i was talking shit about jojo i know its just a game but this is the only thing im good at nothing else and so this is the way i am i have just realized that. next time tell me to calm down i will try. after that day i will try to calm down. these things been happening to me recently i barely threw anything or done anything back then when i lost. but now i dont know whats wrong. its my own problem let me deal with it as but at least tell me to calm down sry for this shit its new to me acting pissed all the time. put that aside for now

franx millia has a glitch i just seen but i dont know what i did you know her qcf hs the ring comes out in about a sec but for some reason it stayed there till the opponent ran into it.

Yo david and Vic, got an interesting combo with commando/doom, since you guys play magneto im sure you can use these combo and chain it to a better one, since magneto is much much faster than commando.

well it goes like this (commando as main, doom as assist):

normal jump over him to cross him up, at the same time call doom… doom’s rocks will hit him and bounce him up in the air, normal jump with commando and FP to send him back down to dr dooms rocks, captain corridor, cancel to captain sword.

i dont play magneto so i dunno what you guys can do but same thing: jump over him with magneto, call doom to cross him up, hell bounce in the air, normal jump with magneto and punch or kick him towards the rocks, hell bounce up towards you… (this is where you do your magnetos combo… dunno anything about magneto so dunno what you can do after that) but oh well. :stuck_out_tongue:

Frank sounds interesting but, im trying not to use capcom as much as i used to cause a lot people think im too dependent on him, plus sometimes it helps me do better when i have someone else for AAA, but commando kicks ass nonetheless:).

Thats what they get frank for messin up our game when i had venom/sonson. That make you happy Dave? more like the new more calm, quicker to picking jesus Dave. Well whatever floats you boat. I had fun yesterday. im getting better with mags. You will learn Sentinal before i learn the mags, cause sent a lot easier. Ice Man/Sonson huh Frank, you did really good against there cables. you should learn to do the air combo xx Arctic Attack when people tag. The mexicans tag alot, jojo does all the time when his health low(EVERYTIME just remember if its sent not to do c.lk, do c.hk). Dave does tempestxxhail storm. Im telling you about me!

i might be there today i might not, its like 50/50 but as for commando, im spending lot of time withnhim coz there were those times that i lost before simply coz i didnt know how to properly utilize commando’s moves 1 on 1.

i sometimes play with his as main character, and you sho0uld see the big difference between the commando now and the one before. oh well.

but yeah i liked your winning streak with MSP, especially some of the games that you got of on a thread… so close, should have been killed but got off :lol:. That was a good run. heck you got more winning streak in a row than me, David, and jojo. (i dont think allan got a winning streak)

Yo Frank I think you all know but when i play jojo’s commando or cykes 1 on 1 with my commando, let me tell you its really worth watching:lol:! when ever i play Dave’s psylocke against my commando at the end, its really close, i should say this but its a good tip for you Dave whenever you play a commando, rush, BUT ALWAYS watchout for corrider xx sword. you fall for it a lot. As for you Frank, im thankful that you didnt know much with commando, so it was always no problem for me to take on your commando:D .

So Dave you said you had 5 wins with MSS against jojo when he had Santhrax. GrrrrreaT! if there was an icon the clapped instead of smiled i would use it here, i guess i settle with this:lol:. Remember its your mags and storm that take down jojo and SOMETIMES me:p so when you think you got a good sentinal you call me ok. Im curious to see how long your new attitude to playing marvel lasts. I smell i beat down coming from you to one of those border jumpers one day. hey me and frank play against each other for fun these day at the arcades you gonna jump in? Or you gonna wait to play jojo for real and go crazy. im experiment with venom(VILLIAN) and some Jin, whats really fun is Sabretooth with rogue(throw) venom fang beats wild fang:D.

You havent seen me playing with commando or something? the mahor difference between my commando and others is that i dont rely on corridor+C Sword nor do i go for the captain storm. i play him differently with is a mix of rush down and chip. ask david he’s seen it in action, or against allan there were a couple times when i came real close against his MSP… even if its just “close” to me thats a good job, coz i was using him as a main character against those two beast (mag/storm) crying out loud. the only time when im using commando as a main character and he doesnt do well is against jojo’s sent/commando… but just about anyone will have problems with that pair up. after all commando doesnt have the rush down nor mix up speed that magneto has. and the effective run away/ chipping of storm.

youre… " im thankful you didnt know much with commando" well if youre judging him but wins or losses rather than performance. then you need to take a closer look. ou might have also missed my commando (as a main char) against “apples” and against jojo’s sent 1 on 1 at nickel city before.

ive been practicing with testament, all i can say is that i take back what i said about him being crappy in XX, coz of the change they did to him from 1.5

that guy has crazy set ups :evil:. im toying around setting traps and air comboing you and make you drop to a net then hit you a few times to bounce off a tree normal jump to hit you again to make you bounce on the second tree, dash after you you and OTG you to make you go up against the net, jump up and combo you , and as soon as you bounce on the walla the poison super hits you :smiley:

so many possibilities with those things, hes more fun to play with now than before, and even more potent! :evil: its just a shame that they took out his Forward + K to hard slash. But yeah i like him even more! lots of possibilities of set ups and traps, and comboing from or into it just to make them fall on another trap. :evil:

(also dont ask but im playing around with mai… except it kinda feels like playing mega man/ blanka mix… and neither of those two i like… but shes fun to play with)

thats fine by me vic, as far as i see you only have 3 attacks with you commando which is your RH grab, c.FP, and captain corridor, i see no mix ups or what so ever for him to even pose any threat. so before you go around criticizing other people, try looking at your own first.

been messing around with GGXX practice mode earlier, practicing comboes and set ups, is 217 damage good or is it still too low for competitive play?

oh yeah im dropping May and picking up bridget, she has nice set up on her own, good speed, and very fast pokes, and a few abuseable moves.

frank i think 217 or whatever you said is descent enough but the question is can you pull it off on someone good (like me)jk
one more thing the frc is really useful from what im hearing it you can pull off and frc while combing it takes away 25% of your tension a rc takes away 50% but you can further your combos doing an frc. it takes time to learn

vic i will still get pissed i cant control it if i hold it. it will keep building up inside me and i probably will let all hell loose but at least when i took down jojo today(thursday) i got him pissed. i think i won 5 times with mss and 4 with msp although i dont like the use of sent for some reason i just dont like him the only reason i choose him is because he doesnt take that much damage as psylocke. i hold my anger and just saying its just a game it helps me alot. good thing is when jojo almost got a perfect against me i didnt get pissed.

franx watch out for my dizzy i have some tricks up my sleeve. i found a way to rush down and keep you away from jumping over me

i have a bridget figthing vid its has some pretty neat combos.

yo franx i think im going to use testament too he has some pretty neat combos. i just pulled it out of nowhere letys our testaments fight each other. i figured out some stuff with jam today. like when you power up the kick you can sweep them then do the qcf k and it will lift them up.

with testament when you combo in the qcb, p cancel do a punch in the air while the opponents in the air then slash then super it connects i tried it its pretty cool.

now that tekken 5 is going to come marvel might be put aside for a little dont ya think vic and franx.

you know me i dont like playing characters that other people plays with in the area. that one of the reasons why i stared playing testament and milla, coz of allan. “testaments too slow plus he sucks”… “i used to play millia rage but i drop her, shes seen better days(meaning since they toned her down she sucks according to him)”… AND i was playing millia rage while you were playing jam but nooooooooooooo you have to go pick up that chick. :mad: …:smiley:

thats why i also used marduk in tekken 4 coz i figured no one will use it. (although i rarely play the game, let alone look at it) GRRRRR thats it when tekken 5 comes out ima go with cristie! since no one there uses her nor likes her! (plus if scrubs can get lucky with her annoying moves, imagine how it’ll be when used by someone who knows what theyre doing) :smiley:

in MVC2 whyd you think i stared playing black heart? coz 1, ray said he should NEVER be used as a main char, and allan said that he should just be an assist, and that if you have him you dont need another anti-air… ummm yeah right, sure. also because of the top 4 which is all that every one plays with, heh, im happy to be the only black heart player in the area… GRRR exept for that guy that plays with anakaris/sent… and gets my character killed in like 5 sec! :mad:

but i only make one exception to people using same characters as mine, which is son-son’s anti-air :lol: , must start the trend!, and maybe people will learn to hate her! :lol:

But the initials don’t really mean anything anymore…and HIP is like, the most Cassandra populated place i’ve ever seen, nowhere else have i ever heard of or seen that much Cassie usage…

But seriously, everyone uses the top 4 because they HAVE to, i mean, i would use Sakura otherwise (since i unofficially claim her as my “non-serious” serious character…) but i’m better off using Magneto instead of Sakura any day…though its fun to randomly use her in casual. :smiley:
