Don’t know about the high tigershot beating it, did your Ex-PC already absorb an ex-tigershot? Also, you could always jab the Ex-PC at least from my experience.
I"m sure that after EX-Psycho Crusher absorbs two projectile hits, it is no longer capable of hitting afterward. You’re pretty much left with a vulnerable hit box before the end of the animation.

Paying Attention to METER
In SSF4 it is always important to pay attention to meter(of course), but I’m talking a little more advanced. I’m talking about knowing your meter and your opponents meter, within a matter of hits when they and you will get a bar. And not just that but paying close attention to how they use their meter too.
EXAMPES:
Are they safe with it and use it to make their attacks safe, or continue blockstrings/combos?(usually save meter until they have two bars)
Or do they use it mostly for defense and trying to avoid pressure?
Some people will just save it until they have super.
Paying close attention to these type of things can keep you out of some big damage, and possibly yield you some big damage in return. If nothing else keep you from getting comboed a little less, or getting knocked down when it really counts.
It wasn’t an ex tigershot, it was incredibly odd. Are you saying you can be jabbed out of EX PC when not in start-up frames?
Yeah I’ve experienced this also but it was a regular tigershot which seemed to beat it.
Regular High Tiger Shot always used to beat EX PC in my experience. Getting jabbed out ouf EX PC also happened to me a lot before, doesn’t sound odd to me.

I am teaching my friend to play Bison and because he is so predicable I can jab him out of EX PC with some pretty good consistency, however its not a tactic I would try offline. But if you are feeling yourself, and have a life lead its really not that hard to jab Bison out of any PC.
Is it as easy as jabbing blanka balls

Hey how many of you guys have been having a good time punishing “quick stands”? I am amazed how many people don’t block the HS/PC to punish quick stand.I see shoto’s using ex dp to get out of the way of my HS which gives me a free U2 or people that backdash only to get hit.I only use it when the shoto cant add something extra like super/ultra or ex fb. Some quit quick standing altogether.
Also against rose I had some success not scissor looping and just using cr.lk x 3 into st.mk.Against his cr.strong. Just throwing that out since that poke and the rest of her is more alpha 2 like now.
I dont know if this might sound like a newbie question but sometimes when i am doing cr.lk x 3 into a light or heavy SK i eat a DP from Ryu would it be my timing in the c.lk or is it just that the invisability of the DP is GOD LIKE

Crouching LK cannot cancel into HK Scissors because its startup is too long. LK and MK scissors work though.
ahh ok i thought it could cancel into any of them might be why im eatin a DP. but on the other hand when i try to cancel into a LK scissors i get DP is that just down to my timing?
Hey guys I was playing some casuals the other day, and was using the hell attack (MPx2 in air) and then EX scissored them before they landed and somehow got four hits instead of just three hits. I was curious if anyone else has been able to pull this off? and is it character specific/timing sensitive or both? any response will be much appreciated thanks guys

don’t jump too much on sim, just wait to see his pattern, do a DR instead jump will save you unless he have ultra (teleport ultra kill DR user bad…)DR works good for normal yoga fire/teleport trick, but yoga tower and flame is what give u trouble, yoga knee too
(U1 and teleport hit you by knee, that one is easy to get hit if you just don’t pay attention…)

that air throw Ultra range is INSANE, top 3 unfkable move in my mind if pull out right, can be announce confirm while you in the air and you have no AIR MOVE ability to delay your landing.

bison U2 is really weak if their footsie is good and not jumpy, or have AIR delay move (shoto air tasu/juri/viper/dan/cammy etc)
if spacing right, you can basically said PP is guaranteed hit and 50% blockable,if they do corss over they will get hit, unless they try to bait out and do fake jump and your PP just too early.
let’s face it, slide knock down and FADC back dash, tell me what Ultra in SSF4 can hit 50% FULL guaranteed if they guess wrong?

Remember you can use U2 to bait an air tatsu to gimmick out some wins and slide for the victory.Use the fact that you can control that ultra to your advantage. I did it at evo where I wanted to get out of the corner and the guile did nothing while jumping so I said thanks free ultra.
Also I saw how van was punishing rufus cr.hp with fa dash brb.We can do the same I think cr.mp st.mk/st.hk for 150/180 damage and against guile sweep should anyone do it cr.lp cl.lp st.lk cr.mk scissor at 196 damage is your best bet.Maybe we can get rolling on what we can punish with a focus dash.All I hear is how bison does ass damage but all I see for the most part is throw to punish everything from a lot of bison players.
Also I was talking to cole about gauge manage and he said how as sim it’s good to throw out an ultra if the oppurtunity presents itself as soon as you get it because you can get a second ultra with a chance to do more damage fairly easily.I thought it was really smart.

Shit FA dash is amazing, but its only good against certain opponents and even then… well I mean after you do it to someone a couple of times, unless they are terrrible will quit doing whatever move that you are punishing it with. Then they will start doing armor break moves that will hurt more than its worth. I know that is kinda common sense stuff, just saying though…
But to name a few, Ryu’s c.rh, lp DP, none hit confirm fireballs.
Bison’s s.rh, SKs spaced so only one hit of the two hit, c.rh(sweep)
Blanka’s c.rh, c.fp, cl.slide
Geif’s df+rh
Rose’s s.rh
Sagat’s c.rh
sorry I know thats not much but its all I can think if off the top of my head that I ever use it on.
