Wow, I definitely thought this was impossible. I was sure her inclusion in the foreground of the MegaMan Legends stage meant she wasn’t going to be in it. Maybe she’ll just not be a part of the stage when she’s fighting on it?
Also, I think MegaMan Legends 3 is about 90% confirmed at this point. The MegaMan guy (Inafune?) already teased there was another big MegaMan surprise on the way (aside from MegaMan Universe), and if it wasn’t Legends 3 and they were just going to let the Legends series die, there’s no way Tron Bonne would be playable in this game.
Volnutt’s highly likely at this point as well.
if tron even has her proj assist, it won’t cause even close to the amount of damage it did mvc2.
No they haven’t? Right now the franchises with multiple characters are using different games. Since X is deconfirmed this seems pretty much as good as official confirmation for Classic Megaman IMO.
Anyways,I’m not a huge fan of Tron as a character, but she looks good in this trailer, and she was fun in MvC2… so hopefully all goes well.
Wily would be awesome… but… four seems overkillish to me, don’t much care either way though… since they’d all be fun… somehow thinking .exe isn’t going to be included in the party though… could be wrong.

All in pairs and all from the same series (except Joe and Ammy). Plus why would Capcom NOT take advantage of the opportunity to add Volnutt? A character thats already ready to be plucked right outta TvC and placed neatly into MvC3?
Outside of being in the other MvC games, odds are not looking good for classic Rock.
Er, my point is… of the ones you listed ( that are confirmed ), only the two darkstalkers cameo/represent the same game: Ryu first appears in SF1, Chun in SF2… They’re using the DMC3 incarnation of Dante… while Trish made her debut in DMC1 and was playable in DMC2, she doesn’t exist in the third game… Joe and Amaterasu are also from different games…etc.
Hence why I’m going off the assumption that a second MM character would be from a different MM subseries.
I would hope (and think) so, now we can make way for Classic MM!

Yeah man I know. My point is we don’t even know if Capcom is doing the same thing this time with each franchise and spinoff having its own rep like in TvC. So far, there is nothing giving me the impression that Capcom is moving in that direction so i’m going with the couples theory. Either we wait for the second RE character or…shit wait for the next MM announcement lol.
