I just realized 5stars psn name isn’t on the list? Does he not play anymore or something? He was the one that told me to get a ps3 so we could play. I’m surprised that he doesn’t play enough that you guys would put him on this list.

Pretty sure he doesn’t have a PS3. I would’ve came across him by now. 5 star plays on 360.
He does, though. He even posted on here about it. He probably has stopped or something since he started going to those NoHo games but I doubt he refuses to practice for Pyro and crew.

my urien is pretty good. once my new stick arrives and I fix my lag, I’ll be a tough match most of the time.
Unless you play a good makoto or gouki. In that case, fuck you

Otherwise, I’d have to lag quit out of our matches again.
You don’t get to say that if you’re using Urien in netplay. I lose to roughly 95% of Uriens I face (that use SA3), because his entire game revolves around getting a grab, and grabs are affected by lag less than anything else in the entire game. Also better than they should be are attacks that quickly dash at you. I came to the realization recent that the only time I ever win against any Urien is when they make at least 3 very punishable mistakes, and starting the round with knee drop doesn’t even necessarily count (why does everyone do this). Maybe it’s not so bad if you have a great connection, but I will never have one of those…unless I go back to Tokyo, in which case playing online might feel kind of silly.
I’m going to work on the lag this weekend. To be honest, I didn’t realize I was the one lagging. I just assumed the netcode sucked because SF4 didn’t lag at all.
C’mon man…that’s just an excuse. Lag affects me a lot because it throws off my charge partitioning

Nah, I’d say he has a pretty good grasp of fundamentals. A good connection is the thing he’s really lacking in, though.
