It goes by a point system; 1 point per game won. Mr x64 won 6 games (3-0 against both you and blitzfu) which brings him up to 6 points total. Since pool C only played itself last week, he was only able to obtain a maximum of 6 points versus the other two pools. If he and BTC end up sweeping it clean 3-0 for all their matches this week, then he will be tied for 1st.

I see, will everyone have an equal amount of playing each other? The other pools were able to play 3 people, some only 1…I kinda like your old format where everyone plays everyone, any reason why you switched? I take it too many games?

Yeah, I was signed up to play when it was first announced. But things kept being pushed back and eventually I didn’t have the time to both play and manage.
This was suppose to be a joint project with Sweet Poison but he seems to have become pretty busy/inactive. I gave him pretty much the final decision on most aspects, this point system being one of them. Don’t worry though, in the end, everyone will have played an equal number of games. This format was designed to give people with busier schedules a chance to play with a more flexible timetable. My old format was for a single tournament (with different rules each time to make it interesting). This is a season; it will consist of weekly league games to rack up points, which will be used to seed your position at the very end in a grand tournament that will pit everyone from both divisions in one bracket.
Things will change and improvements will be made as the season moves along, and I’m open to any criticism or suggestions you guys have to offer. Wish I could play, but I find it more interesting seeing the results from “fantasy matches”. Biiig OOO vs BaklaKiller for the better Zangief in the league? Good friends BTC and Mongolorobokop to see who is stronger? Or veteran players mr x64 vs Zass30? Matches like these are what I’ve always hoped would take place all in one place and be able to show it off to other potential players so more “fantasy matches” could take place.
