I play PW a few times in this stream archive. Too lazy to find the exact times since I switch it up fairly often. Nothing too special since I’ve been putting time into Strange instead of PW lately.

I watched two of those videos (the third one is identical to the second one).
Those games are actually extremely disappointing on the PW player’s part. He left himself completely defenseless in Investigation Mode for the majority of the time and collected evidence when the opponent is fully-capable of hitting him (he never even used Haggar’s assist…), he didn’t even try to zone in Trial Mode against some of the easiest characters in the game to zone against (even when he had the Cell Phone), and he never DHCed from Haggar after a KO in order to let PW get 5 pieces of evidence. I also witnessed an opportunity for him to get Turnabout Mode from a throw and he didn’t take it.
Heck, he didn’t even optimize his use of Turnabout Mode; all he did was finger loops when Objection loops are faster and do more damage. He also had trouble hit-confirming from a j.:h:. He never set-up an unblockable, nor did he even try to chip out characters with the evidence projectiles when he had X-Factor and his opponent did not.
As harsh as I may sound, no, that is definitely not “godlike PW play.” His PW still feels very month 1 to me.
Hafta concur. Feenie dies without doing anything of worth in at least half teh games.
Considering what you guys just said…how do you feel about this team…

My main goal with that team is just to get evidence with pw and play keepaway in trial mode. I never went into turnabout mode in less I felt like it.
The problem is that Phoenix kinda… well, sucks, out of Turnabout Mode. Plus, what evidence you get determines how well you can zone. I suppose, if your intent is to stay in Trial Mode, then you can afford to spend a bit more time being picky, but unless you really have Lady Luck on your side, you might not have that luxury.
I like the all the evidence besides the vase. So if I get knife and file. I’m cool. It will be me and shopping cart. Now my trial mode only pw won’t be any good against say a Dante, Mr. Wisker(Wesker), Vergil, and anyone else with a teleport. So going to turnabout mode and using more improve projects against them.

I wish he did Ace Attorrney haha. Such an awesome comeback though! I’m happy to see RHK combos from Joe as well. I was thinking about Joe / PW on a team as well. Maybe I need to put PW on point.
