MorriDoom: Use paperwork low l more against soul fists. It’s one of Wright’s faster attacks and each paperwork can nullify a fireball. It won’t win soul fist wars but it’ll make life easier. There was one time where you were spamming cellphone in Turnabout mode, and the Magneto player wasn’t challenging it, but you stopped spamming. Don’t! Only stop if you think the Magneto player will try to punish you.
Don’t throw out so many hypers. This is a general point for all your matches. And don’t go for so many raw objections. If you want to use your hypers more, you might need to reconsider your team (e.g. swap Akuma for Dante to make your DHCs safer).
I find it funny that even when Doom passes the shield, his S hits Maya before it hits Wright (happens a few times in the Zero vid). It’s almost as if he interrupted his own combo.
This guy has so many good Wright/Missiles combos. They look practical and they do a ton of damage.
I’ve been on nicodouga lately, and they have a couple of pretty cool PW players on there. There’s a guy who never searches for evidence, with a strange team, a Hulk / PW / Doom team that seems to be largely successful, and Profecery.

Yeah, the Hulk/PW/Doom player is really good. Builds momentum, and keeps it. He made the Wright/Missiles combo video I posted above.
There was one guy who played Wright/Trish/Strange, got Wright into Turnabout, did a combo and DHC’d into Trish, then raw tagged into Strange into FoF loop. Cool idea. Come to think of it, Trish/Wright/Assist (probably Dante) might be a good idea. Raw tag setups into each character.
I have some ideas for Turnabout TODs off of Magneto’s grab. Will post some ideas if I have time (and once I get them to surpass 1.2 million damage).
Don’t most of his combos already surpass 1.2m on their own? You just talking about off a throw / raw tag?
Yeah, off of any finger hit confirm, you can get over 1.25m (enough to kill Thor). I’m just talking about off a throw into raw tag (or just a raw tag). The idea is that if you cannot open your opponent up, then you will have some difficulty utilising Wright’s high damage output. So I figured that a character who’s good at opening people AND that can raw tag into Wright is a good partner for him. Enter Magneto.
I managed to get a combo that exceeds 1.2m off of Magneto’s throw in the corner. Fairly easy to do, builds lots of meter. Other throw combos that I’ve found don’t do as much damage (not yet anyway).
Tbh, I have to actually play against someone offline with my teams to see how practical it is in a match. I think it’s practical though.
