@[|EX|Testament]: Before a tournament begins the space designated for it will be open to casuals, but we do not have a dedicated casuals area planned in our layout.
Once a tournament begins, if we do not need as many setups as initially estimated, then the remainder can be used for casuals.
After a tournament concludes, or at least gets far enough along, there will also be setups freed for casuals.

@Sixtyfortyfive: Badges will given once sign-in is completed at the front registration desk. Those who have pre-registered through PayPal should have their receipt and ID ready. Those who pre-registered in person at Arcade Legacy should also have an ID handy.
We will seed by region as much as we can. Obviously those who pre-registered will be getting the most preferred seeding arrangements. But walkups will also be treated to at least state by state seeding. When signing in it will be important to provide all information requested so that we can seed by city if, for example, we have lots of players from the same state.
EDIT: We have our second entry into the PU2011 MvC3 Combo Video Competition from DandyJ! This means we’ll actually need to judge these things! XD

A heads up, though, Spooky does not want anyone recording the stream station / projector. This is to ensure that Team Spooky and myself are the sole providers of that footage. Everything else at the event is fair game, though! : )
