casual 3S matches on GGPO.
I had Ibuki, opponent had Remy.

He does a Blue Nocturne as bait. I do a bunny hop over him! very funny!

Last Blade 2, I had Hibiki. I win a set and her win pose is the one where she’s startled. at that time though her opponents sword happens to fall right in front of her and it looks as if she was startled by that. funny scene too

also my brother told me he had played SF4 at the arcades and he was using Blanca. Only special he knows is Blanca’s electricity move. Cant even charge! A guy with asian characteristics then throws a coin and challenges him. he was using Ryu. My brother won him 3 straight games by random hits and electricity. Then he furiously hit the panel with his fists and left.

I’m playing a friend of mine at CvS 1, using Sakura when it gets to the last round. I get him down to nothing in the corner and perform an empty jump in, then slam down the start button just as he stands up.

He still hasn’t lived down the day he lost to a giggling, pointing school girl.

I don’t see why he feels so much shame. It’s a game where any character has the potential to be good. However I will say I find the whole badass petite school girl types annoying simply from a design standpoint. Sakura has pretty thin arms and legs yet she has the strength to slam grown men twice her size or knock’em out with a single punch. Technique is always good. But somethings require brute strength which characters like Sakura don’t have.

It’s not so much the character, but the fact that he was killed by Sakura’s taunt, which does next to nothing in damage and is literally her pointing and giggling at you.

Played A3 on ggpo a few weeks ago. I was Karin (of course hehe) against a Sakura player and we had a good back and forth fight going on but he managed to get my health to magic pixel level and trapped me in the corner. He activated Vism to try and chip me out but I pulled off a reversal lvl 3 super and won the round. Greatest feeling ever. That taught him to never underestimate me. :tup:
