Buy the Asus VH236h monitor. Its what they used at Evo. Unforunately its not that big at 23 inches but it doesnt lag. I have it and I really like it. Good size if you dont plan to play far away.

These are gonna be my last CRT style cabs for a while. I am trying to find a way to replace the monitors with flatscreen ones but I haven’t found out how to do it yet.

I’m not a big fan of playing fighting games online, but grew up with local arcade competition.
So I purchased a SFIII: 3rd Strike showcase cabinet and brought it into work so my co-workers
can enjoy some competition as well. Last December I modified the cabinet to run off a PC instead
of the original Jamma board in preparation for SF4’s PC release, which I finally have installed now.
All games on this cabinet I legitimately own the arcade board or PC version

gotta take the stand off the bottom of the TV lol
(running VGA connection for 360 in PC mode for tested 2-8 MS of input lag aka as good as any monitor u can find even the asus evo monitor)

I don’t normally play FGs down there (controller situation is difficult, as you can see), but the lag isn’t bad at all. Haven’t run any tests, but I hit all my links (including Ryu c.LP/s.LP xN c.HK) just fine.
What speakers are those?
