yeah, it is 2dfp. all you need is a video card or laptop that has tv-out capability (most have them.) you just connect the two with an s-video to RCA cable. then set your multiple display settings to “clone” (actually i think dual view works too.) make sure your monitor’s resolution is the same as the tv’s.
i have an nVidia 7300gs and for some reason the newest drivers only gave me a black and white picture when outputted to my tv. i had to look online for an old driver, and then everything worked out great.
