In my opinion, the best SF setup pics should include joysticks, a killer sound system and display (preferably crt), at least 2 consoles, and comfy seating for your homies.
That said, I likeFjod’s old setup, Subliminal UK’s and GuiltyGearX104’s.

OMG! It’s so funny how you see other people with the same type of furniture and game cases as you. I have that same ‘tv’ stand and currently using it as my desk, but I’m rolling on 22s…well, a single actually since my roommate is borrowing my other one. A nice Hannspree (which surprisingly is fucking great and has HDMI ports!)
Yeah, I moved out of housing a while ago, now living with other people, so I no longer have that crazy of a set up all in one room anymore, but trying to get my room looking decent. Picture update later.

It is movable BTW, the base is on a foam camping mat so it can slide relatively easily to the side. Has carpet in the footwell and working clutch and shifter with metal petals - Logitech g25):
My scratch built arcade cabinet (not a great picture/angle unfortunately - has illuminated blue balltops and now complete with circular centre ‘coin’ button where the microswitch is poking through in the picture. Styled very loosely around an early half-height Atari cabinet. A full size would have been too imposing for the limited space I have.):
