Post pictures of your SF/entertainment setup!

^^ in marvel, i can only use one of the assist, so thats a problem.

The converter can be set to use either L1 R1 or R1 R2 configurations, so you really can’t go wrong.

square triangle R1

X O L2

thats my custom stick layup. i used to have an innovation1 and it was perfect, but my ex gf fell on top of it and broke it.

R1 L2 is kind of awkward o_O. Well, IIRC, when the TCP maps L1 R1, L2 = L1 and R2 = R1. Similarly, when its mapped to R1 R2, R1 = L1, R2 = L2.

i know is awkward :looney: .im not home at the moment but i think i tried everything, i’ll give it another go tonight and see what happens.

What?

Oh, and you should have broken your girlfriend.

I meant that when you set the TCP to R1 and R2 as the shoulder buttons, L1 acts as R1 and L2 acts as R2, so essentially, you have 2 buttons mapped to each Dreamcast shoulder button.

so i tried every way possible and nothing, so i need an innovation1.

i know, that fucking bitch.

Why not just rewire the buttons then?

i dont have the tools to do it.

Ahh damn, a soldered stick I guess.

yeap

Finally got all the speakers hooked up, which means I am done buying shit for this set-up, and I can finally start saving for a new desktop and 1080p LCD for my bedroom…

Mitsubishi WDY657 65" 1080p DLP HDTV w/ Matching TV Stand
Onkyo TX-SR605 7.1 HD A/V Reciever
Boston Acoustics MCS100MDNT 5.1 Speaker Set
Boston Acoustics HS60MDNT Bookshelf Speakers (x2, on 16" Omnistand Speaker Stands)
Toshiba HD-A20 HD-DVD Player
Xbox 360 Elite w/ Wifi Adapter
PlayStation 3 60GB (Japanese)
Comcast HD Cable Box

Everything is hooked up with 1.3a certified HDMI cables from Monoprice, except for the 360, which is using the official Microsoft cable that came with it. Spent to much money on Monster XP speaker wire and a subwoofer cable I didn’t really need, but I needed around 200 feet of wire to run all the rear speakers, which are still a mess, but I will deal with that later, just wanted to make sure everything was up and running right first.

SlaughterX: Nice setup. I’m sort of done cleaning up… though moving everything around didn’t help and I moved out my computer desk and now have no room for my 2 spare LCD monitors. Bah… At least I have it setup to play and clean enough to have company over. Until I pick up even more, pics will wait.

Man, I’m so tempted to start staging my entertainment center so I can take some pictures. I really gotta clean my room.

Nice setups everyone!

Some cool stuff on here. I’m in the process of moving, i’ll post new pictures once everything is set up.

These pics are a couple of months old. I now have a Wii sitting on top of the HD DVD player on the second shelf, and moved the Panasonic Blu-ray player to our master bedroom (we have a 42" Samsung plasma HDTV in there, with another HD DVD player as well). A 40GB PS3 is now on the third shelf, on top of the DVD recorder.

Alright kiddies, I found me an Aero City cabinet on craigslist the other week, finally got around to negotiating and picking it up last night. He advertised it as Marvel vs Capcom arcade, but when I tested it, it was Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter. He was asking $400 for it. I offered a trade instead (Wii+$100) and he took it.

For a brief moment on Sunday, I owned 4 Wii’s. Original purchase, second from a customer for $160, third new on Saturday, and the fourth Sunday for $140. Sold the fourth one immediately that day for $220, the third for $320 on Monday, and traded the second last night+Resident Evil 4 and Red Steel+$100.

Back to the Aero City cabinet. When I first gazed eyes on it, I felt that I got it for a great deal. Despite the work it may need, the monitor is perfect, the game works, the sound works, and the rest just needs replacing. That would be the buttons, joysticks, some wiring (all actually) For now, I have it set up in my room and will replace the buttons/joysticks with spare Happ parts I have laying around.

Oh yeah… pics here! I may need to replace the whole control panel, so does anyone know where I can buy that particular piece individually for that type of cab?
