Love your set-up. I saw your article on ikeahacker.net and was wondering if you were a member here. LOL.

Okay, I guess I’ll go ahead and post my “man-cave” setup now too. (sorry if the pics aren’t very clear)

Here is the pride and joy of my collection, and it’s a tribute to “The Stargate” and all my SF years.

Here’s my supergun setup, with custom modded Madcatz sticks. (also a tribute to my old “Stargate” years)

And here is my PCcabinet, for running MAME, GGPO, and other emulators on. It was a Megalo cab that had a bad projection screen, so I gutted it, and converted it into this.

And here’s a pic of the entire room.

It’s my retreat and relaxation room, and it’s good for whenever I can get some of the old SF guys together.
What can I say… SF is still in my blood… even if only a little bit.

Peace,
Cmutt

Awesome cabs cmutt with the two best arcade fighters of all time. Take out 3rd strike then it would be perfect.

Heh, thanks bro, your setup is damn nice too. Well that is the supergun setup after all, so games are rotated based on what’s craved at the moment. Anything from SF Alpha series, Vs series, or even a second ST setup.

In all fairness though, I really like the SFIII series… so 3rd Strike is good. Heh.

Peace

You got a lot of space, i wish i had more…Gets quite crowded when i have my gatherings at my garage…

japanese sticks on an american hyper fighting cabinet? laaaame

Yeah, that’s one of the reasons why I don’t have that much stuff in my room. I couldn’t stand being cramped and crowded all the time back in our hardcore playing days, so now it’s all about simplicity and comfort for me. So when I have a get together it’s usually 15-20 people max, and I like for it to be as spacious as possible.

Plus, we’re pretty much just strictly SF players, so 4 setups is good enough for watching and next up. I didn’t include it in the pictures, but there’s also an Xbox 360 and TV setup for SFIV, or MVC3, or whatever too. But yeah, I definitely prefer to maximize my space by having fewer setups/cabs. I wish I had the space and the funds to have more… but this works well enough for me.

cmutt, that’s a really nice setup. I have a similar setup in my garage that I’ll post pics of after I clean up the place a bit.

That cab isn’t American, tho. At least I’ve never seen one with Happs on it. You might be thinking of a big blue or a dynamo maybe?

Probably talking about my Hyper Fighting cabinet haha
