The exact line was, “If you’re gonna talk it up, back it up.” This was to the arcade manager when he was saying (jokingly) that we should just stick his name in the grand finals to wait for whoever gets to him. It was all in fun.

Lloyd Center’s Tilt - find the Rose Garden (nearby the Convention Center), head straight east several blocks and there it is, on the third floor food court of the mall.
(OTOH, I navigate on foot and by landmark, so that could be just me…most street maps of the city would have Lloyd Center prominently labeled over there in NE Portland)
