what kind of idiot let you beat his megagengar with dusknoir? seriously, his shadow pretty much OHKOs while dusknoir’s shadown sneak and sucker punch can only 2HKO him, seriously, after SR i’m pretty sure megagengar has a 95% chance to OHKO with shadow ball while dusknoir can’t OHKO after SR with either shadow sneak and sucker punch

Hey guys, its been fun hanging out here and ranting and raving, but I think I need to take a break… I’ll still check in here, but I’ve already begun posting less and less as the talk of ban this, ban that has ramped up. All this arguing has done is remind me why I quit playing competitively.
I’m just one guy, and getting into internet fights over silly shit like the unbeatable god that is Mega Whatever-Is-Broken-This-Week is taking its toll.

I love Pokemon, but some elements of the community will never change… Smogon has too much goddamned influence over the competitive side of things and I can’t fight several thousand internet fanboys.

I’ve grown tired of trying to open peoples’ eyes… I’m still here; I’ll still take/give battle requests, but I won’t be going off on a rant like I’ve been doing as it really serves no purpose anymore.

TL;DR: Everything is broken, and I can’t fix it with logic and reasoning, so I’m conceding defeat. Smogon wins. Fatality.
