Last shiny I caught was a shiny koffing…I know people aren’t going to believe this but it was in pokemon crystal, in the same area chuggaconroy caught his in his pokemon crystal LP. That LP was the reason I dug up my copy of pokemon crystal, I wasn’t even looking to catch a pokemon I was simply trying to trigger the legendary dogs to come out from the burned tower.

I wonder if I fired up pokemon crystal right now if it’s still that same save file.

Sure why not. I’m going for a Timid Charmander with Solar Power so it and Timid Venusaur with Chlorophyll can run rampant under the sun. These Charmanders would be perfect for the EVs I want to boost on a Charmander if it weren’t for their Natures(which I think is a nature that does nothing).

Wow breeding is easy.

I got a Timid Charmander with Solar Power with Perfect DEF, Sp. ATK, and SPEED IVs in about 20 minutes after starting the breeding process. Feel sorry for the guys who banged their head against the wall for all those years.

Me too. I just got the 5th badge yesterday. Just trying to catch all the ones I didn’t in gen 1 & 2. Which includes alot of trade evos. Otherwise I would’ve beat it in 3 days.

But it’s weird I got Steel as my safari type.

LOL. Nope. I just caught Xerneas last night. Modest nature and I suspect a perfect 31 IV in Special Attack- Son one-shotted all of the following boss fight…

I’m just taking it all in… and having OCD with catching everything I see and raising them a bit to see what moves and stats they have. I’m operating without a guide so I could enjoy it similar to my original Red playthrough. I just wanted to enjoy the game first before I say, “Let’s Get Dangerous” in link battles.

As an aside, you guys complaining about the little kids and trolls asking for Legendary mons know you can filter those requests out now, right? Just go down to more options and toggle the people asking for “Special Pokemon” out- voilá! No more bullshit. You can even go further and once the GTS search completes, you can click the magnifying glass and have only requests for mons you have come up.
