I can breed arons for you if you want. Do you want them as-is or do you want them specifically IV bred? It’d take a couple of days to get them IV bred since I’d be starting from scratch.
Mega Aggron is pure Steel type, so 2 of his main 3 weaknesses are almost entirely physical and will have to get through both 230 base defense and Filter, which reduces super-effective moves to 1.5X effectiveness, to bring him down. His attack gets boosted up to 140, which is pretty substantial, but his HP & speed are still low. His special defense is also pretty low at 80 considering he doesn’t have a huge amount of health to work with.
Mega Venasaur has Thick Fat, which covers half his weaknesses. His defense, special defense, and special attack all get boosted to about 120 and his attack goes up to 100. Seems like a good general tank if you don’t know for certain what you’re going up against. Has a lot of potential to be obnoxious with health recovery between Leech Seed, Rest, Giga Drain, Synthesis.
Mega Blastoise gets Mega Launcher, which boosts pulse moves. After STAB & Mega Launcher Water Pulse does 135 that’s filtered through base 135 special attack. Only 2 weaknesses, mostly special, and he can learn Earthquake & Ice Beam to cover them. Defense of 120 and special defense of 115. However, with a base speed of only 78 he can’t outspeed to sweep most things, but he still feels more like a tanky damage dealer than a committed tank to me.
the more iv’s the better 31/31/31/x/31/x, for nature would it be worth breeding a more def nature or stick with adamant and going 252hp/252atk/4 def. then i would teach it heavy slam, rock slide (doubles), rest and sleep talk.
i don’t have anything as a bases for the monster group but do have some eevees for field to monster. so i will start breeding modest mareeps
I was going to breed clauncher to use that mega launcher ability but if blastoise gets it then… but is mega blastoise vs assault vest clawizter
Nope, but just a heads up, you can get it from hoards at Azure bay instead of safari’s just take a sweet scent pokemon down there and catch away.
Better yet bring one with sunny day so you can weed out the chlorofil ones once they get the speed boost and leave only the HA one (who won’t get it) to catch.
You and me both brother… I’ve been trying to get a 5IV Female Iron Fist Chimchar on and off for like the past three weeks-- I have almost an entire box of 5IV Iron Fist males and EVERY SINGLE TIME I do get a decent 4-5IV female, IT ALWAYS HAS FREAKIN’ BLAZE… :bluu:
This must be penance for all the Shinies I came across during the early part of release/chain fishing… *(Zubat, Trevenant, Luvdisc, Staryu, Clauncher, Magikarp, Horsea, Alomomola, Corsola, Gengar, Rotom)
*
I still want lots of stuff, and I still have that Squirtle, Vulpix, and Piplup. I need Speed Boost Venipede, Prankster Volbeat with Baton Pass and Encore, and a Smeargle with Sticky Web, Stealth Rock, Spore, and Roar. I wish Smeargle had Prankster though… All of the pranks…
Interesting I do have a female Chimchar HA with 5 IV’s… But it’s for my brother though. I’m having a similar issue with Fletchlings though in that I get one with 5IV’s but no HA ugh.
Yes, I am and yes I do. I’m actually getting online now. I’ll hit you up.
You too, Martian.
I’ve probably said it before, but I love the animations and character models in this game. Infernape looks and moves like I expected it to… The only thing is I wish they gave the individual mons more animations, but with 700+ models to make, I can understand cutting some corners here and there.
