That’s what I thought too but apparently the flavour text in JPN versions of XY have the same as BW2 for the shiny charm. It’s supposedly a mistranslation where it says “wild pokemon” XY.

i dont know about jolly will have to look, but most are modest and have 4-5 iv and most with protean and toxic spikes. also not breading any pokes with 12.5% female that 5iv took forever.

Update: Piplup got traded, but I still got Growlithe, Sand Veil Gible, and a Minccino(I honestly don’t think anything else in my box is worthwhile)
