if you lead with a synchronizer, it will be 100% that nature. Makes getting good 3 IV spreads simple
Where are you guys level grinding at?
This has been THE INVINCIBLE SWORDSMAN saying:
Where’s the best place for it?
My Latias is Adamant
It’s not 100%. I think it’s more like 50%.
Normally. But for the gift Lati@s, it is 100%
One thing that’s been bugging me… Why does everyone go for max speed natures on Lat@s?
In the Base 110 tier, there isn’t anything they need to outspeed outside of Gengar(and possibly Froslass) and maybe themselves(and no should really be risking it on a speed tie).
Anything else they would come across is going to outspeed them or not care about outspeeding them… So why this huge focus on Timid nature?
I was just following the crowd…when you put it like this, I should have focused on bulk instead
Gets outsped by almost every dragon in OU that is running max speed otherwise.
They’re going to outspeed anyway if they’re scarfed, Mega, or use DD once.
Well if someone brings in an opposing dragon that you’d otherwise outspeed, it’s a tell that they are scarfed and is usually a free switch. Also people actually run Timid scarf L@ti with trick as well to beat other scarf and +1 DD users.
Unless your running screens or a bulky set for Latias, timid is always generally the best nature. Latios should always be timid though.
Exactly. Which means the minute that opposing Scarf Dragon comes in, you have to leave either way, so I don’t see the point of running max speed.
A good way to start off ORAS. Dat Hidden Power visual upgrade!
But again a scarf Dragon appearing is a tell and potentially an obvious switch in your favour.
Regardless, there’s a bunch of things that hit hard either neutral or SE that you don’t want to be slower than and need max speed to in order to check or 2hko if they switch in. M-Pinsir, M-Gardevoir, M-Medicham, Band Terrakion etc.
Latias can get away with running bulkier sets and forgoing speed and running Bold or what ever. Latios can’t though, it’s not a threat without max speed.
LOL 4 out of 6 mons had U-turn. That was a really boring match to watch.
Alright, heard it here first. If you use any pokemon or move that’s used too much and if your team has any synergy, bad match.
And also, learn to count. There’s 3 in one team, and one of them didn’t even bother using the move. My god, so overused.
Oh yeah, I forgot about Cheese personified, i.e. Gliscor.
What synergy? Pressing U-turn over and over, or switch in Gliscor to eat Brave Birds until you get a good matchup? I’ll stop here, because this is going to turn into a thing I don’t want it to turn into.

Okay, apparently real men should just take the Brave Birds to the face since BirdSpam is cooler.
The alternative would be Mulvone realizing that mixed Greninja is near god, having Gunk Shot and Low Kick, and sweeping anyone on the opposing team not a Bird. At least that way you wouldn’t be catching feelings over fucking U-Turn which hasn’t been worth the tears since Gen 5.

Got Adamant Ray-Ray the first time. Bow to me PA.

Sooooo… There’s hope for my Adamant Latias? What about my Timid Suicune?
I’ve decided to stop giving a shit about the Nature’s all my Legendaries are… Catching them in random ass balls just because they match their colors is hard enough.
@"po pimpus" (Quoting is broken again)
Either give people shit for playing what they want or give people shit for banning shit.
Pick one, both together just makes no fucking sense, can’t moan at people for playing by a scrubby as fuck set of house rules and then turn around and moan at somebody for not using your own set of house rules which you make up in your head.
Eh I don’t have a set of rules on how to play.
I made a comment on how rote and boring u- turn spamming and Gliscor is.
Brand new game, and no one is even attempting to explore new options.
