Hey, lazy and impatient are two different things. I just wanted the stone now instead of waiting for it. My Diancie is legitimate, and I spent about five hours soft resetting for a decent one. No laziness here!
Although I suppose I can spend the month between then and now figuring out a good set and team for it.
And for some reason it won’t let me take it onto Battle Spot…are event pokemon banned from wifi battles?

I don’t think so. This new set is going to make a lot of old arch types viable. Gengar is going to find a home in Green Machine. Mega Gengar is also going to he used with Celebi EX. Steel is going to be really good and a lot of people think Manectric is going to run Extended. Fighting decks, Toad Lock, Pyroar Lock, Virbank gym and garbotoxin decks are still extremely strong as well.
Plus the one deck that truly matters, Night March.
Yeah but Donphan gets Wobuffet and Substitute. It’s hard enough to plant meaningful damage against Donphan as it is.
Though a good idea maybe a sort of Pokemon Catcher.dec. Basically the new Pyroar + Lysandre + Whistle + VS Seeker + Blacksmith…
I just need an attacker of choice. I need to think, what’s best against both Donphan and Dark.dec (Pyroar himself should be able to handle Steel).

I finally built a donphan deck, and went with a raichu variant… Is the trevanent build, the more consistent build though?

Just finished my first Pokemon challenge, a Pokemon Y Wonderlocke.
It turned out to be quite easy, because of the exp. traded Pokemon receive and the exp. share.
Since it was my first challenge ever I didn’t set a level limit. I guess I should have lol.
Fletchling, Metagross and Noivern (damn Stone Edge) died, but that’s it.
My team was Delphox, Greninja (protean, really lucked out there), Roserade, Sylveon, Drapion and Mamoswine.
If you consider it was a wondertrade challenge, that’s a pretty solid team.
I also kept Charizard around as a HM slave, with Fly, Cut, Strength and Rock Smash.
It was pretty fun.
I’ll try a Emerald Nuzlocke challenge next, awaiting the new game.
I don’t think I’ll make it to the end, but I’ll see how far I’ll make it.
I always wanted to try a wonder trade challenge but all i ever got was crap haha so didnt bother hahah
