He has low speed, but the issue of it hanging on to the last percent might be his security. Anti virus and stuff. Might be blocking the download.

Well it mentioned permissions so…meh.
But the issue is, other than one day, this thing has never downloaded at a reasonable rate. Hell just to test it out, give me something random to download.

So, is it just the Pokemon TCG thing or is it other stuff as well? But yeah, I’d definitely just turn off your firewall/antivirus for however long it takes to download that thing, turn it back on, then go into your settings and configure it either as an exception (to the firewall) or always allow.
I had to do something similar just so Java would fucking download and work :mad:

I’ve downloaded many things recently and had no issues. It’s just this one particular thing that’s driving me nuts. And idk how to turn my firewall off temporarily.

Anyway turning off the Firewall didn’t work.
From what I managed to gather you actually don’t have to. You just have to play a moderate amount I think and then you earn coins to buy packs.
Also, if you aren’t already on Dueling Network you need to get on that.
