Well, when I did use Mawile, it was a Baton Pass moveset that didn’t have Sucker Punch :looney:

…and NO ONE knows how to use Malamar… It doesn’t OHKO everything, or set traps, so let’s just abuse Superpower and Contrary and hope it works(it doesn’t).

malamar’s movepool is really bad, it doesn’t learn anything to abuse contrary off of besides superpower. it’s base stats are fairly low and obviously need boosting to compete, it’s typing is crap in a metagame full of ghost moves (especially with aegis), there’s really nothing to this pokemon besides being…bad

it’s SpA and SpD are too low to abuse calm mind (it’s only other boosting move), it’s movepool doesn’t support either attacking type very well, lacks coverage in everyway that isn’t superpower, support stuff is done by almost every other psychic type out there. it’s just…not good
