Piss easy with the team I had:

I switched out Talonflame for Gastrodon on the 50th battle.

So I’m finally getting around to getting Egg Hatching O-Power. I have all the other style perks, including the various discounts and new options for PR videos and such, and I have all the other O-Powers, just need the dude to show up.

Is there any definite way to get style? I’ve googled the shit out of it and seen all sorts of dumb, “there’s a Mew under the truck near the SS Anne” type stuff. Can I just keep buying shit and get it? How did you guys get it?

so everything you do in Lumiose City goes towards your style… well maybe everything, i don’t know if battling does. the guide i found suggested buying the promo balls the ones that are inverted color pokeballs with no special feature. you need to buy them one at a time. you can check your current style points by using the old man who sells you the Charzard/bulbasuar/squritle mega stone in the gem emporium. the lower his price the higher your style. it can only get as low as 10k, which means you’ve got maximum style. I got him to 15k when the O man showed up in that cafe.

Buy Premier Balls from the Pokeball Emporium for style. If you buy ~70 you will max out your style and he will show up. You have to buy them one at a time though like ashstampede said though.

Wow, what a great way to start my day. My Battle Maison streak is ended by first getting hit by a critical that also flinched me, then getting hit by criticals TWICE IN A ROW afterwards (along with a 2nd flinch), and to add insult to injury, my final mon gets paralyzed and the next move I do…I’m fully paralyzed.

so now im at a point with this game where i dont feel like breeding anything until i have a shiny charm to increase my chances of it being shiny (since breeding with jap ditto doesnt raise the odds high enough) but now i am faced with the daunting task of filling out my dex, which i honestly dont know if it will ever happen…

i probs should get on pokebank to make that shit easier. or just start GTS trading everyting i need.
