and just to let you know, that Vaporeon has ivs in HP, Sp Atk, Atk, and Sp Def.

The ditto is japanese. So it wont increase your chances saucy. Heal bell and foul play arent tutor moves are they? If not I can give you a 4-5 iv relaxed evee for it
