The chain reaction of what my tenant did by not picking me up precipitated why Neo didnt show up…
They were mainly gonna show up because I was gonna be there…
But since that happened…I couldnt make it and they decided not to go…
The tenant DID apologize and offered to compensate for all $200 lost by the plane trip cancellation fees…
And while that puts the anger on rest I still will never trust him for that stuff again…

OK, np Geese/Neo. I understand. Makes me glad I did end up no-showing the thing. Not any personal reason, I just need to quit staying overnight at places that aren’t hotels- I don’t get enough sleep to travel with loud noises. Almost wrecked heading back due to drowsiness. It’s probably going to be a while before I travel again though. Kinda pooped out of it. Did a lot of traveling this summer.
Figure something out. At least at the Asheville place NGBC finally started to click a bit for me- though the better sticks did help. My POS was what is holding me back.
