A3 needs to be there that game is a classic. plus there are only like 10 people in the tourney we need that one.

why dont we just have all the small tournaments on one tv and I will run them one right after the other. Sound good?

We have to have multiple games going at once. I’m probably going to add Alpha 3 after all, depending on how many people show. If you want to run the other games afterwards, that’s totally fine, but CvS2, Tekken, and Guilty Gear MUST finish first - then we can start moving games over to those TV’s. There’s just going to be a corner dedicated to SNK that I assume will stay SNK the entire night. BTW, anyone want to volunteer to run those tournaments? I/Larry/Leigh will run Marvel/CvS2/3s, I also need someone to handle Tekken and Guilty Gear - a few people have offered to do so, but I need to get them confirmed.

well if we are strapped for time do we have a definate time that the tournament starts Like 2:00. I know people are supposed to get there at one but people role in late and we get started late as a result.
