ok, first off, i got something to say about this whole Fiasko…when will this take place, and where…second of all, brad, not to sound like an ass or anything, but have you consulted with any of the other MvC2 players before placing yourself on the team…like Ricky, Stiggz, Ivan,Gene, and David…if anything, you guys should have a fight for the 5th spot(say like a round robin, or maybe a mini-tourny and winner take 5th spot)…it would only be fair to the others…

I wasn’t aware that any of them were going (except David).
Anyway, I’m the one who submitted organized the challenge, which I feel is partial justification for my spot on the team. Plus, I like the AZ crew a lot. They’re all really cool guys, and I want to play them. Plus, I know their playing styles, which gives me an advantage. PLUS, name that last time I lost to someone in TX that WASN’T you/Daniel/Ivan/Joe/John P. Oh, that’s right, it’s been a LONG FUCKING TIME. After all, I’ve upped my game a lot since the January regional. Anyway, since I’m pretty sure Ivan isn’t going, I think you can see my point. Even if he WAS going, I’ve beat him something like 4 out of the last 5 times I’ve played him in tourney (including TS4… ask anyone who saw that match, it was BRUTAL), so if you have some kind of problem with this (and it sounds like you do), I’ll be more than happy to play him for the spot, should he even go.
Anyway, since you’re so cocky in feeling that YOU deserve a spot on the team, maybe we should just have one round robin of all the people going to determine all five spots. After all, what could be more fair… right?

Oh yeah, and if its affordable, I think I would like to be included in this team tourny. But I would like to EARN my spot by competing for it, not just cuz I have placed fairly well in major tournies or how bad I beaten other players. I think we should have tourny to decide all the spots. Its just a suggestion. We dont need anymore “Texas Drama”

After it’s been determined who’s going, we can then form a team based on who’s going and who wants to participate. If more than 5 people are going and want to participate, we can have a round robin tourney amongst those people.

Team Chicago will be Juicy G, MadBooFace, Floe, DerekLearnSlow, and either me, Player unknown, or Rashad. I want this tourny to go down, so let’s get the details straightened out. 20 dollars per person, 5 on 5, round robin matches. Should we have the tourny at a hotel room or at evo? Since Evo got turned into a console tourny to provide more casual play, we shouldn’t have a problem setting up a dc for our tourny. The only people that seems to be really interested is team TX, and AZ. Where’s Florida and Hawaii?
