And I’ll still disagree with you. If you’re “wasting” time by scoring points and denying the enemy from scoring points, I don’t see the problem. This means you’re winning.
Also, I believe if you force an opponent to block, they stop regenerating HP. Someone confirm this real quick? I at least observed it, but maybe I’m mistaken.
I still have a bit more time so quick answer:
Compare the amount of points you get by doing damages, then compare the amount of points you get by getting a kill. Outside of the most damage bonus at the end of a match, raw damage points are like 5% of your total score, maybe even less. And if you’ve got plenty of kills, you’re nearly sure to get the damage bonus anyway, even if you don’t it barely matters seeing how kills are what gives you the most points in this game, after touchdowns. Oh and you’re mistaken for the health regeneration part.

Is there some kind of trick to break throws? Ive had people break everyone of my throw attempts, no they didnt have takedown master on. Its so annoying.
Let go of guard before mashing throw in order to break.
There isn’t really much of a trick to it with respect to other people teching your throws, it’s just that the throw break window is actually pretty lenient in this game (if you’ve played BlazBlue, think those levels of lenient).
When I was in training mode I thought this game was about finding a good 100% kill combo like marvel or something because there’re loops for days, but really it’s about DPS because even though there are so many 100% combos in this game I’ve never had a chance to complete one before someone else knocked me out of it or I dropped it (got close with matilda’s H delay LH, jH, LL, H loop once).
I still don’t quite understand movement in this game, and I’m having a lot of trouble making proper distance without showing my back to people.
It’s really all about that hit-and-run… Pick your spots, man. Let the newbies wear each other down, then run in and steal their kills. Watch you back, and always, ALWAYS be prepared to run like hell if someone gets THE GLOWTM

Anyone else notice that lag makes this game not fun? I can actually start hitting people online and get about three hits into the combo and get punched right the face by the very person i was hitting and die from a fucking infinite.
Some of us had to deal with this bullshit for 6 months, thank god for eu and us release.
I think this is a problem with almost every game that attempts to use 3rd person and melee attacks. You always get jerky animations,teleporting,hitting people and their body is somewhere else etc. I remember getting a combo on someone and they were bouncing to the side of me. There are even times I snipe and kill people that aren’t even in my line of fire. I have a 45down and 4up connection and I’m directly connected so it is what it is. I’m confident most of the people in this game play on wifi.
When you are in a game with good connections though everything becomes better.
So… I just received a message from Zoomintvgames to make me have a partnership with them. I’ve never received partnerships before, but this just seems fishy as hell, especially since they want me to get like 1k views per videos but I barely make it past 200 views on each videos daily lol.

Were you in that lobby last night? I was in for the whole ride (AvariceXI on XBL); I was the only guy rockin Big Bull and Baron for most of it until the end when I felt like trying Sasha and Jack.
I am booty butt cheeks at this game though, averaged like 9th place over the course of the night, I think my highest placing was 5th. Then again that was my first time playing online, with no time in training and only completing the tutorial and stage 1 of the black campaign. Most satisfying feeling of the night though (and really most satisfying feeling in a long time) was getting a triple kill with Big Bull’s fully charged deadly/heavy.
