Man, Gargoyle is one of the most annoying characters to fight period, this dude just goes apeshit everywhere so it’s hard to keep track of when to try and attack. I usually just slide my way on outta there when one is around but I gotta learn to fight him eventually.
No that will still happen. Whether your offense is good or not. Or you could just pick Bayonetta. She is the win character.

What are the basic fundamentals? I’m still very new with that character.
Throw and charge throw. Oh and body splash. If you are not throwing you are body splashing. If you are not body splashing you are throwing. Then after your throw or any knockdown Air KWH. Rinse repeat. That is all you need to know about Jamestown McMotherfucker.

Finally got to play online! So juicy this multiplayer. I love Death Ball, Survival, Team Deathmatch, and even Cage Match. Such a great game. Fuck IGN.
You say that now, but wait until people starting infinite exploiting against you or have laggy connections. Dropping combos, glitches, inability to tech throws or win rampages.The hatred WILL become strong.
Stop holding guard when trying to tech.
I have. I’ve been in situations though where like a Bayo is a large distance away, has not even made the motion of grabbing, I’m running(read: double tapping) towards her to splash, then suddenly I’m grabbed(still no telltale grabbing motion was made by the character) and can’t tech for some god unknown reason.
Pretty sure you can’t tech if you get caught while attacking.
All I can say there is don’t play with people with 1-2 bars.
Nah, you can tech as long as you aren’t in some type of dizzy/freeze. There is some laggy dudes you sometimes won’t tech. I teched this dude 3 times in a row and the 4th one got me.
I really am confused on when to tech the charge grabs. Every time I feel like I know when to tech it, sometimes I eat a throw anyway.

I think you need to tech the charge ones when the camera zooms in and it gets more cinematic.
