Godlike, I have one gold in that Leo mission where you fight with the ghost of the old Max. Can’t seem to plat that one.
Multiplayer is the meat and potatoes, and the only reason you’d even put it in your disc tray if you grew to like it a lot. Both systems have players on it but PS3 seems to have a sizeable chunk while the 360 side is still trying to get it’s stuff together.
So it’s basically a beat-em-up with fighting game elements, correct? Is there a high learning curve?
Yeah that mission sucked, in a slightly related topic, DLC Ghost of Max outfit would be cool.
I’ll be on trying to play later, I keep getting stuck playing around 2-4 AM and barely anyone else is on.
The learning curve is like one to two steps steeper than say like the older Warriors games when against generals.
But AR is so much more fucking BADASS.
Edit: Can someone at least acknowledge the posts I’ve made about not being able to get the jKW in juggles to come out at the right time? I feel like my posts have overlooked.
If you don’t get hit at all he will come to your aid much later in the mission like the 3rd wave. This is vital since you need points from doing your own combos and executions. Max is actually taking your precious points if he comes to help early, so try your best to not get hit once. KWH stuns most of the enemies in that stage unless they have a red aura so just do 3 hits and one kwh attack and repeat over and over. Dodge when necessary and you will be fine.
I feel so bad. I can hold my own with Jack and Bayo (lol kw glitch), but I can’t figure out what to do with Fei Rin. I don’t know any good combos to do with her since her air attacks are pretty much all dives. Someone help me pls.

For slightly less damage, but much less KW usage, go with
H delayed L, L L L, jH, jKW
Does around 45% for one bar and leaves you one dodge distance away from the opponent.
You can also just do H, delayed L, jH, jKW to get around 40% if you want to cut back on time.
I wouldn’t Heavy fish too much though. Fei is pretty good with Delayed L attacks that it’s so easy to do L L delayed L to bait out a 360. Punish accordingly.

Dude where are you finding all of these jokes? You do know how the rifles in this game work right?
the aiming is slow as dick, the projectile is also rather slow, it doesn’t go as far as it should, the bullets are easy as hell to dodge if you know someone is shooting at you(which they would since you’re only fighting one person, a Bayonetta player) and you don’t get to use your killer weapon if you have it equiped, and you cant un-equip it until you run out of ammo.
You use the rifles like you’d use an actual sniper rifle, shoot people who don’t see that shit coming from a little bit away.
Its’ a steal killing weapon is anything.
