I already knew this dawg, I think i’m the only person here who mains Oinkie.
I love that stage, knock’em into the lava and hit’em with a j.KW attack to kill them, and when i’m about die I go out into the lava to commit seppuku so that I don’t lose any points and no one gets the kill.
How do you guys manage to get the jKW to come out so low to the ground in a juggle? Most of the time if I do it with like Leo he bounds back up into the air a bit and I can’t continue the combo. Or in the case of Baron or Douglas it just doesn’t come out. It feels like I’m getting a small delay that happens when the KW system is like readying itself before my W attack comes out.
Characters with the flame symbol for their rampage meter take less time to recover from fire debilitation. So lets say you and another player jump out out of the lava pit at the same time, if you have a character with a fire elemental (such as Baron) and he has a character with an ice elemental (such as Sasha), you will recover faster and have the advantage to launch them into a combo.

[]Expect beginners to start mashing 360 attacks on by the 2nd or 3rd hit. So either block, dodge back, or use your own 360. I wouldn’t recommend the last option.
[]When you do bait and punish 360’s I’d go for your characters H, L combo. For a some characters (Don’t know which but I think Jack, Leo, and the Rin sisters work for sure, though the needs need do H, pause then L) It’ll launch them, then juggle them long enough to follow up with another juggle then finish with a some KWL. I’m sure people will optimize combos in the coming months or at least repost the ones Japanese players know.
[]If you do notice that they’re 360ing on the second or third hit, mix things up and just do a L then grab. Keep doing it till the tech. Really pisses some people off.
[]If you happen to land a Rising H, most of the time you can air L then KWH dive. Unless your the Rin sisters. Then you just Rising H > KWL/KWH.

That’s just what I’ve picked up on being a beginner myself.
Was messing with this, and you can do a very easy near 100% juggle with 6 bars to a lvl 1 opponent (100% on lights?). GC = Guard Cancel
KWL, KWL GC KWL, KWL GC KWL, KWL GC S, W, S
Trying this on heavies, I discovered something interesting, it is FAR more difficult to guard cancel properly against them. Couldn’t get the combo to work. It seems like they cause way more hitstop and it messes up my inputs against them. Anyone else experience this?
Also discovered a fun setup:
KWL, KWL GC S, W, KWH
If they tech and then block they get guard broken. Not really sure how to combo with Big Bull without any meter… are grabs untechable if the opponent is stunned/guard broken? Probably the best damage if so. Do back grabs do more damage than front?
This character seems pretty fun, would like any more tips I could get for him… or just more info on the characters in this game in general I guess, wish there was an informative compendium of knowledge already. I really wish he could combo into his KWL from weak attacks =/
PS: One other thing for Big Bull, a blocked W, W, * W and then a blocked dash attack immediately after is an instant guard break
For most characters who don’t have unique aerial normal attacks, you can do a rising H into L-L to keep juggling the player as they fall and give yourself a guaranteed ground string (L, L, L, KWLx4) if done correctly.
Garuda can do another L attack as he lands on the ground after the L-L into another rising H, but its tricky.
Also next time you decide to record a tag DM invite me, I want to be a big shot youtube celebrity like you, or at least co-star in one of your famed picture movies.
I’ve said it a bunch of times but i’ll say it again.
Jamestown McMotherfucker with power leveler in BR is fucking ridiculously OP.
Well at least if you play the game like I do
So damn satisfying getting multi-kills with his KWH/J.KWH.
It seems that my gargoyle combo wasn’t saved on my computer. Should I redo it knowing that Gargoyle’s combo is basically the same as Garuda except I started it from a dash attack?
So what do people do with Jack? I really only have 2 combos I use…
S, j.S, f.W, f.W, S, S, Grab (guaranteed ground grab due to hard knock down, might be untechable?)
S, W, KWLx4
That’s it. I think the first combo actually does a bit more damage than the second, even though it’s meterless. I’ve heard people say S, j.S, f.W, f.KWH works, but I can’t get it to work in training mode, it only seems to work randomly online due to lag. If it is possible with the right timing, I suppose you could relaunch once before going into it for decent damage.
Any tips on setups/good guard break moves or anything for Jack? Any good moves to abuse? Any super armor I’m not seeing? I don’t really know what I’m doing with him other than basic pressure, fundamentals, and the combo I listed above, but I really like the character and want to keep playing him. Coming down on people with air KWH when you predict them rushing into attack you or using wakeup kick never gets old, so satisfying. Wish his KWH had super armor, wasn’t so slow, or had longer range (esp for cinematic version), it seems so terrible.
The good: I got Anarchy Reigns and started the White Side just to get Durga.
The bad: I can’t seem to pull off a single combo with Durga and it seems you’re stationary while using his strong KW.
I don’t have any problems figuring out stuff with Leo, but with Durga, that’s another story.
Anything I should know about how to use him (Leo, although I welcome Durga tips) properly?
I still cannot get all the DLC content on PSN. I am retarded…Cybrid bar-bot is just dumb. Three rampages and we could not kill that motherfucker. HE should be the final boss. He makes final form Nickolai and Chthulu look like kittens.
I hate lag throws. So hard.
Why is it that the highest ranked players are kill stealing retards? Like I literally fought a guy for like 4 minutes straight. His defense was solid and he was really hard to catch. I whittle him down then BOOM kill stolen. I quit the damn match after that.
I mean I have encouterd level 50 players that do not do anything but run around looking for weakened opponents to fight. Once I get takedown defense I will be unstoppable, my literal only weakness is teching throws in this game. Not like its east when I get thrown from 10 feet away…I am bringing back the old ST scrub rant. Throws are cheap. Especially Douglas. If you play Douglas I hate you. I hate you with a passion. I hope all of the bad things in life happen to you and only you. ESPECIALLY if you play him with Judo Master. FUCK DOUGLAS, FUCK HIM IN HIS CYBORG ASS.#salt
