Game is probably identical to what came out in July. Sega delayed it to reevaluate its release strategy and the conclusion they came to is that releasing in January at 30 is better than July at 60 in the West I guess

Sega has done pack in codes with the Yakuza games over here before. So I wouldn’t be too worried

My guess would be Bayonetta packed in with all copies, and Golden Chainsaw and Dogfight/Mad Survival DLCs as preorder bonuses, with all 3 being available for purchase on the digital storefronts as well
