I wonder if this resurgence of information means we’re getting an official release date soon? I remember an article saying AR was delayed 'til July, but I’m pretty sure the guy behind the Blacker Baron theme said June. I know a random rapper isn’t the most concrete source for new info, but I dunno. I kinda want something to count down too.

I’m also support of Sam as a hidden character. He could be pretty dope too with a few of his guns to pick off at people from a distance but the beauty of his combat lies in hammering the shit out of you with punches and kicks after using boost to get all over the place. You just look around and see a dude in a suit dashing about and watching folks get knocked over with a somersault kick and a shotgun to the back. Hit and run bitches!

I could definitely see AR mode being a counter ability that “slows down time” the same way Bayo’s witch time probably works.

Based on the marketing I don’t think Sam is in. Vanquish was less popular than Bayo, so it wouldve made more sense for them to announce him first.
But hopefully I’m just over-analyzing things, and am later proven wrong when AR turns into Platinum* Fighting All-Stars.

It would be even better if they include my honey Jeanne! I was already getting this game, but the inclusion of Bayonetta pushed this into another level of awesome. Just seeing that clip made me want to play Bayonetta again, actually… they most likely guaranteed themselves a lot of new, extra sales with this decision.
People who somehow missed out on the greatness that is Bayonetta… you really should go out there and buy it immediately. In my opinion, it was the greatest game that came out that year, and definitely ranks as one of my favorite games of all time.
Yes because the inclusion of one character turns this game form looking like shit to suddenly must buy with everyone. If you didn’t like how it looked before, I’m pretty sure Bayonetta dancing around getting her ass kicked isn’t going to help you out.
At least Platinum will get easy sales for this now, it went from something I had to explain to people was real and coming out, to “OMFG dis has day hair chick who is like DMC!!”
