A little off-topic, but this year is probably the last year of Accent Core at SBO. There are already talks of Blazblue replacing Guilty Gear in the 2009 line-up.
There will be a few Blazblue machines speckled throughout the U.S., so ideally we can hold a qualifier for interested players in the community who are willing and able to make the transition.
Anyway, nothing is certain until next year.

Emotiongear mentioned there were problems last year caused in Japan by US SBO participants, what were these problems? Iām just a little curious about that.
OK, seriously, can someone honestly tell me just what specifically were these āproblemsā with the SBO players last year? Or is this more PZ smokescreen?
A lot of drama, actually.
I forget how it started but certain players in Houston didnāt want to be in so-and-soās team, so they had issues in trying to get full team going.
Kensou didnāt want to team with Robot while some of the issues was put to blame on Marn.
Not to mention how they try to prevent Marn from going to SBO even in his current team that he won in, it was very odd.

well outside of gg situation i assume john could also be riled up on the fact that sabin didnt return at the scheduled time or w/e and independently decided to stay longer, though this is really all i can think of and doesnt really do any harm in relation to SBO at all
