Is there any chance that we can play 3rd Strike on console in the moon room (so we can bring our own stick) rather then the arcade cabinet? A lot of people suggested that the arcade cabinet was a little too small and the buttons were a little too sensitive. For me personally I felt that I had to use a fine tooth combo to move back and forth or else I would end up jumping back on accident.
On Ps2, everyone can just bring their own stick that wa we know everyone is playing to their full potential.

Not really. Its still a place where we can gather together and play. Besides, the Moon Room looks to be more spacious and comfortable. Its just a suggestion though im happy either way. Heck, im just glad we are having a ranbat:)
Its just that those sticks aren’t common in American arcades so most of us will not be able to play at our full potential as we adjust to it.
Consoles are not allowed in the Moon Room unless you are specifically renting out the area. Ranbats for 3rd Strike and Tekken DR will be run totally on Planet Zero’s cabinets only.
Okay, I’ll likely be coming with at least one other person. My only question is, will they be organizing the bracket by city? Like this person is from SA, this person is from SA a well so lets seperate the two as much as possible …
I just don’t want to go and then get my friend 1st round. Its okay if we both advance to the point where we play each other.

Yes, there will be regional seeding.
3S will be on a versus cabinet, not the single one in which it is right now.
As far as the buttons and sensitivity, you’ll have to get used to it cos this is arcade competition standard.
Also CVS2 is on a versus cabinet right now.
SWEET! That was my main concern was that it was just so small in the regular cabinet. We always bumped elbows. But the versus cabinet takes care of all my concerns. Great Job:wonder:
You are right about the buttons being standard. I ordered my sanwa stick and it should arrive pretty soon. Once I have that I’ll get use to it more.
whoever is running cvs2 tomorrow can you guys sign me up? I’m getting off of work at 10 so i should be there around 11. If it’s possible to sign me up and i’ll pay when i get there and if your done running all matches but mine just send me to losers. If it can’t be done please let e know so i won’t be speeding like 100+ after i get off of work.
Will not be attending, sorry. I really wanted to see CvS2 on versus cabs too, damn.
