What the price range for supergun?
I use my supergun on RGB CRT monitors all the time. I also use it with upscalers for streaming/recording of original hardware in high resolution. There’s no rule or limitation that they have to be used with LCDs.

Sorry to bump out of the blue like this, but-
Traditionally I don’t like jumping into forums/ communities business first. Usually I try to get to know some folks, meet and greet before letting people know what it is that i do. That said- I just finished the live debut of the supergun at ‘A Video Game Con’ in Parsippany NJ and I looked to see if anyone was talking about it. I came across this thread. I figured, I might just want to jump in and say ‘hi’ and answer any questions if anyone had them.
So introductions- Hi there! I’m Chris. My company makes a supergun. If you dont know windy, we were an import shop/ candy cab importer for the last few years. We got out of that game and started making stuff. This is our first big release. The item is now officially ‘out’ and will start shipping this week. I will update the site to reflect that the preorder is now over soon. (I just got off a plane so i’ll get it done tomorrow when i get a nice full nights sleep in me).

One point of concern that i saw:
Honestly i think the sticks are fairly low priced. it’s short run stuff. we don’t have a bulk deal on the sanwa stuff, so we’re paying what you guys would pay.
New brawl sticks seem to be running in the $80-$100 range each. 16 sanwa buttons x $3 each = $48. 2x JLF sticks x $20 each= $40. plus the db port/ other hardware + removable db cable + custom art overlay + shipping of parts to us + labor. Keep in mind you get a matched pair done in candy cab art style for $325. Not 1 stick. We also left the ps3 connectivity there so you can use this stick for not just our supergun, but also ps3 and ps4 (with legacy support games). It’s more than just a one use item. We made them as a service, but are not making much on them.
We also have some custom wired saturn pads for the sg at 1/$40 2/$75 if thats your thing. Lastly if you want to make/ mod your own stick we will give you our pinout so you can do so.

Were you at the SoCal Retro Gaming Expo back in August? I thought I recognized those sticks. Pretty sweet.
I was not, but the sticks and the sg were.
UD-CPS2 =/= Supergun. It’s just a consolized CPS2.
A Supergun can handle multiple types of boards.
